Can i use a 300 Weatherby neck die on 300 H&H brass?

you can use any 30 cal die that don't touch the case body as a neck die.
i use a 7wsm sizer die for my 7x57 icl neck die.
you are only sizing the neck.

Adjusted correctly, your 300 H&H will never know the difference. I will mention that there is no benefit to sizing necks below the base of the seated bullets.

You can even use a .300 WBY full length die to neck size your H&H. By the way, the WBY seater will also work just fine for the H&H.
