This is from Nosler's number three manual, so it's a bit dated: 7mm Rem mag, 23.5" Wiseman test barrel, Winchester cases, Federal 215 primers 140 grain ballistic tip bullet starting load: 61.0 gr IMR 4350 @ 3130 fps max load: 65.0 gr IMR 4350 @ 3280 fps Interesting to note that they show Reloader 22 at velocities up to 3340 fps with the same bullet. I got 3225 fps from Remington factory 140 grainers in a 24" barrel 700 ADL. Haven't shot any bullets that light from the 7 maggie in several years though. Hope this helps. They didn't have "ballistic silvertips" when my manual was published. Guy

nosler # 5 shows IMR 4350 from 61 to a max of 65 gr. with 65 gr. being their accuracy load. Velocity at 3282 [ 10-31-2002, 00:57: Message edited by: waxman ]

The load that I shoot in my 7Mag is as follows: Nosler or C/T 140 grain BT or BST Powder: Reloder 19 Load: 65.5 gr Primer: Fed 215 Match Brass: Remington I get 1/2 groups @ 100 yards with this load. I really don't like IMR 4350 in my 7mag or much of anything else for that matter. Just one mans opinion. [ 10-31-2002, 01:04: Message edited by: Handloader ]
