Anybody shooting this combo?
Any luck with it?
If so what speeds are you seeing and what is a favored powder for the 270 WSM and light bullets?

Snellstrom, I am shooting the regular TSX, so maybe this helps, but speed is very high, I'm reluctant to quote it, but over 3400 FPS with near max charge H4831 and V V 550. Both are sub moa at 200 yards, which is the only range I've shot this load at, other than a coyote at about 345 or so--DRT minimal damage on exit, broadside shot through both shoulders. As is usuaal IME, had to tinker a bit with seating depths, and had to get to near max charges to get good grouping.

I use it over 68gr of IMR 7828. No pressure signs and great accuracy. Under an inch at 100 yards. I've shot several deer and pigs up to 300 pounds and have yet to recover a bullet.

Thanks Fish and Willie.
I'll see what I've got on hand to start my brothers rifle down the right path.
