QL calls it 58.3 for a fired unsized case.

As usual just my $.02

I have a 1980 Rem. Mtn Rifle in 7mm08. My cartridge holds 60.9grs of water in a Rem. case. My load for goats and deer is as follows. 139gr Hornady SST on top of
45.2gr IMR4064 which is 97.6 % filled according to QL. Pressure is 60066 which is under the Max pressure of 60191. The load is lit with a CCI250 primer and crono results show an avg. velocity at 2975fps.

HUMMM that doesn't sound right, Ken Howell's big blue book of, Designing and Forming Custom Cartridges, says the standard 7-08 rem is 76 grains of water?
Anyway I'm trying to figure out the percentage of increase in case capacity, and the amount of increase in velocity
