RL- 22.

A good job is sometimes just a series of expertly fixed fark-ups.
Let's see.... is it 20 years experience or is it 1 years experience 20 times?
And I will have you know that I am not an old fart. I am a curmudgeon. A curmudgeon is an old fart with an extensive vocabulary and a really bad attitude.

RL-22 has been my magic powder for the 180 grain bullet of all types for some years. With a Fed 210M primer in or around 3100 fps is the most accurate load. Work up to 75 to 77 grains depending on your barrel. I also have eight Elk hunting buddies who bet on that combo. Good Shooting.

If it is in stock, I think you will find the new RL-23 and RL-26 will provide superior velocities at lower pressures in your .300 Wby than the slightly faster RL-22.

Both new powders are "temperature insensitive", "copper fighting", and will both improve your sexual performance and retard balding. But if you'll look beyond the hype the loading data does bear out that they outperform the RL-22 and RL-25 powders of similar burning rates.

phurly5< pm coming your way.

Not there yet. just shot the first load, very promising after two shots. then a bit downhill after that. In fact two shots in same hole, two more shots in another hole but 4 inches away. No worries got all kinds of AR help.

What Stonecreek said!
Here in Florida where temps can be high, even in hunting season,I find RL22 to be VERY temp sensitive. RL26 in the same rifle gives better velocity and accuracy with no temp problems.
