Which 32 Long cartridge is it chambered for?
32 Colt Long CL .787 OAL 1.240
32 S&W Long CL .910 OAL 1.256
32 Long CL .917 OAL 1.202
32 Colt New Police CL .910 OAL 1.245

Note that there are 2 different groove diameters, depending on if it was intended for inside (late) or outside (early) lubed bullets

If you need to, you could probably trim back 32 H&R brass (CL 1.067) or 327 Fed brass (CL 1.188)

My guess is that it is likely chambered for .32 Colt New Police. If so, you can use .32 S&W brass in that chambering. The major difference is that the S&W Long was loaded with a RN bullet, and the .32 Colt NP was loaded with a flat-nosed bullet.

I have a Colt Officer's Model Match in .32 Colt NP & have used the S&W Long in it with no problems.

Alberta Canuck,
OK, also good info. By the way, check your mail either today or tomorrow, not the electronic type, but the "real" mail.
