i have just ordered one with a 18 inch barrell. i am looking to reload 80 grain ish rounds. does any one use one and what does thiers like? i like speer 80 grian spitzers and would like to use them.

uk roe hunter, I don't use the 80gr. bullet, But I do use the 87gr. Hornady BTHP. It works very well in that rifle, the powder is H-4350, primer Federal 210, Rem, or Win. brass,mine ended up to be 44.5 grains the 80.0gr.mite use a bite more powder, but not a lot.I don't know what powder you are planning on useing,but if you work with it you will find soming that will work just fine. 6.5 SWEDE

Try the 85gr Speer Spire Boat Tail with 38gr of IMR-4064 or 42gr of IMR-4350.
