I decided to inventory my reloading supplies and while weighing the partial containers of powder I came up with some numbers that may be useful to others. Here are the wights of some empty containers so you don't have to dump the contents to see how much is left:

IMR/Hodgdon 1-pound round plastic - 60g/2.12oz
Alliant 1-pound round plastic - 74g/2.6oz
VV 1-pound square plastic - 66g/2.33oz
VV 2-pound square plastic - 88g/3.1oz
Old Hercules 1-pound round cardboard with metal ends - 90g/3.17oz
Old DuPont/IMR 1-pound flat metal - 96g/3.39oz
