I went to a gunshow Saturday and saw an Iver Johnson break aciton 28 ga shotgun for $75. It took some will power to resist it. I don't need another caliber.

Roger & Clark, I just got finished weighing sixty 1 cc Lee Dippers of 4350 v. sixty 1 cc Dippers of 7383, which confirmed what I suspected after loading both in my .243Win. cases: the former is denser than the latter. The mean weight per cc of 4350 was 13.5gr while that of 7383 was only 11.9gr. In each instance I returned each scale pan of ten charges to the proper can so that I wasn't measuring the same powder twice. In the .243Win, for ex., 43gr. 4350 are easily fitted into the case (Rem.) without compression. On the other hand, I could hardly get 41.5gr. of 7383 in the same [brand of] cases without compression (which is a royal PITA when using boat-tail bullets). ...Maven

Paul, Your 13.5/11.9 is right on and verifies the 92/81 that I got in the 358x404IMP. Exactly the same ratio.Nice test, Good show. roger
