Just wanted to know a few more places. I use Midway, Midsouth, Grafs, and Huntingtons. Any other good ones out there. Right now I am looking to stock up on brass and bullets.

Mostly Graf's.

I try to support my local gun shop. I have a Wally World, (try to get them to order some 470 brass) and have checked out all the "big guys" on line, but I find my local shop is very competative, and I have a solid knowledge base when I need it. A good example of this is when I glass bedded my M 70. I bought the kit and was given detailed instruction by someone who had "been there, done that". The job went without a hitch.

Saving a nickle through a mail order house is just not worth the effort and may be poor economics in the long haul.

Last, I don't believe Wally World will be hosting a free Elk Calling Clinic put on by Primos next week.

Cabelas has some good deals.

Try "Lock Stock and Barrel". Nice people, good prices, good service. Not one complaint in over ten years.

I use Natchez Shooters Supply alot when they have sales.

I really like Sportsmens Warehouse but I seem to share the wealth with all of them. Besides it keeps me in catalogs and brochures forever.
Powders and primers I get from gun shows.

sinclair international. Those guys are some of the most knowledgable people you can buy from. If you have a question, most any question, they will answer it, and they are happy to do it. And, most importantly, the skilled phone reps (who are nearly all if not all competitive shooters) know virtually every product sold. They also have good prices. The place for lower prices is midsouthshooters.com, but I just haven't been pleased with their staff. Like going to wal-mart's front counter, handing them a shopping list of reloading supplies, and paying for them before the sales rep gives you your items. You just pray you are lucky enough to get someone who knows something. Just my opinion. These things go for places like cabelas as well, but they are more expensive than the other two.

Mostly Graf's for me too. I do hit the local guy (there's only one here) for powder, primers, and bulk bullets and brass if he has the brand I want. For that stuff he can't be beat. For some brass (I like Win and he doesn't carry very much of it) and most bullets, I buy from Graf's. Some things are cheaper elsewhere, but I like Graf's no BS shipping policy and the great customer service I've had. For specialty items, Sinclair gets the nod.

I have bought from 50 different on line mail order places, and I now have dropped Midway, Widner's, T&T, Midsouth, wholesale hunter, Natchez, etc, or who ever might be the cheapest for a box of bullets today.



I now buy from Lock Stock and Barrel, Graf and son, and Sinclair. I am now willing to pay 5% extra for someone to answer the phone who knows the what the products are.



Too many times I have dealt with some minumum wage 18 year old, who does not reload, taking my order and scewing it up.



Too many times I have poured over what vendor is the cheapest with shipping included until my old senile brain screws up my order.



Screw it. I will pay more. It one less pair of python boots my kids can buy to dance on my grave.

I pretty much buy all my stuff from www.MidwayUSA.com they are cheaper on somethings and higher on others but over all it equals out and they get it in the mail to you faster than any of the others I've tried and they don't try to rip you off on shipping charges to make up the differences in prices. I've also never had a shipment that was missing an item or with the wrong items.
I buy my powder and primers at gun shows or the local gun shop.

Midway doesn't charge retail shipping and pay wholesale shipping?



Wholesale across the country for large items is about ~$.50/pound and retail is ~ $1/pound, which does Midway charge?





Small items across the country are much cheaper through the mail, but the US mail does not give kick backs. Does Midway ship small items through the mail? Or just THEIR catalogs?



Midway has lower prices, their J prices, for FFLs.

If you spend $2k/year at Midway, will they give you a price break?

They would not give me one.
