I am looking for a place to get some nickel plated 7-08 rem. brass. I have found it in some of the high end loaded ammo, 30.00 a box of 20. But I'd like to find just the brass so I can reload it myself.

Just my opinion here, but I wouldn't use nickel plated brass unless that was all I had, then I still might not, I'd trade it off for the regular stuff. I've used it over the years in 280, 223, 300 and 7mm Rem Mag and after several full power loadings it will start to flake, I used the rest of the 280 to form 7.65 Arg from and it held up worse, nickel all came off the necks in a couple fireings, it just doesn't do well expanding and then being sized back down.My .02
