Normally I consider no gain in vilocity an instant red flag as to pressure signs. In this case I think it may be that not having a full capacity load as being inconsistant. Whatever it is I am going to load up more of the 74.5 loads and see if they stay consistant.

No-over pressure signs at all. The primers all looked the same with no dimples.
