I would like to reload some 100 grain HP Sierra bullets in my 7MM BAR and the Lee Manual says that one of my choices powder choices is H4350. I can't seem to find out whether or not the burn rate is sufficient to operate a semi-auto. Can anyone give me some advice as to what powder is best for semi-autos in that bullet weight range?
