While you could do this using a couple of LEE bullet sizer or the like, dropping the bullet down hundreds of an inch of an inches could dislodge the lead bullet core and cause some real accuracy problems. I have resized .338's to .330 with good results. I'd call LEE Engineering and see what they will do for you. Gulf of Tonkin Yacht Club NRA Endowment Member President NM MILSURPS

No, not really. You can reduce jacketed bullets but .006" is about the maximum before you start running into major issues. https://www.swagedies.com/mm5/...tegory_Code=SDRAWDIE Your best bet without a considerable investment is cast bullets. I routinely size 375s down to 366 without issue; used to do it all the time before we could get 9.3 bullets. I mean starting in the dark ages of the 1970s. I make the dies for my Rockchucker.

I sized .430s to .416 in none pass. They killed deer just fine.

You might have better luck bumping up .338 bullets to .348. There is generally no core/jacket separation issue going this way. You can flatten the nose of spitzers at the same time for use in the tubular magazine.
