I blasted mine last fall (NEVER try and chrony shotgun sabots with one, bad idea) and am looking for the best price on a mail order one.
Thanks.

BMG, Return the damaged F-1 directly to Shooting Chrony for a replacement/rebuilt model. The prices for such units are excellent.

Well, BMG, think lots of us have found a way to blow up our chronograph. Mine was a 50-gr. Hornady SX out of a fast-twist .223 which shed it's jacket and blew up just out of the muzzle. The Chrony looked like a miniature hand grenade hit it.

I'm one of the apparently rare ones, who finds Chrony very easy to deal with, their prices more than reasonable, and the Chrony is a great machine.

You can buy a rebuilt one outright for 49.95 plus 5.00 shipping. Or you can trade in an old one, in any condition (bullet holes included) for a brandy new F1 for 5 bucks more. I'm listing the website, which has all the info available. Good luck ...

I think mine sucks, but you didn't ask what I thought. I bought mine thru either Midway or Midsouth last time they ran the special. Either $89 or $97.
