Anyone tell me what chamber pressure would be for the 30R.

In a Frankonia catalog , the 30 R Blaser is listed with a pressure of 3500 Bar. As a comparison other cartridges are listed as follow ; 8x57 IRS 2900 Bar ;7x65 R 3300 Bar ; 7x57 R 3000 Bar ; 308 Win 3600 Bar ;3006 Sprig. 3500 Bar ;300 Win. Mag. 3900 Bar ;300Win. Short Mag. 4400 Bar. Hope this info could help.
