In case anyone has any newbie tips, I registered a new website domain yesterday at http://reloadingfun.com and will be setting up a place for newbies to learn the basics (with detail digital photos) without tripping over there feet like I did. It will have a direct link over here if anybody needs more expert advice, and I wanted to thank everybody for there great advice in getting me started into reloading brass! All credit will be given to you guys!
Think of it as a very basic "reloading for dummies" site..should be up in a week or so.
I am going to focus on Lee and RCBS single stage stuff. Any other suggestions on a good equipment set-up for a newbie?

Will it be Forum style or read only? It will be nice to have a place to send friends that need pictures to help explain the process. I will look forward to reading what you have to say on your new sight.

It will be similar to my http://ruger22.com sites modification pages. (only a LOT less busy and much less ad cluttered)

It will not be a forum, but will contain a link to this forum, for anything the basics I will provide does not cover.

It will be a collection of pages explaining with close-up digital photos what anybody NEW to reloading will need to learn (without the dumb stuff that tripped me up...like charging a case without a primer in it....chuckle). kind of a "reloading for idiots" deal. It dawned on me while learning this stuff that almost every book I saw on reloading was aimed at people who already understood it, or had experience with it. SO, I figure a place for newbies will really help the hobby and promote more reloaders!

I am a web site developer, as well as, being a novice reloader, and I would be very interested in helping on this project. I wish that there was a place like this to go to one I was, am, just starting out. Just let me know.

I got several photo's up now ( http://reloadingfun.com )of my own reloading bench but no text yet (and in no real order..the first picture is a "how not to organize your stuff" photo). I have about 50-70 more photo's to go and then all the text. If anybody wants to send me a picture of there reloading set-up, I am sure other users would love to see it. You can email it to ruger22@comcast.net
Also, all I have is a Lee Single Stage, so if anybody has some photos of an RCBS or other set-up, that would be nice to post.
The site should be functional at a basic level by the end of this weekend...unless my wife dumps some more projects on me!
