Just got a box of these these to shoot in my Swede M38. I just noticed on the box that its for 1 in 7 1/2 twist. My Swede is 1 in 9.Will the slower twist rate affect these bullets in my rifle? Forget about math, Burke. Most people in the western hemisphere are shooting 140 gr bullets from their long & short Swedes, including myself. I've got wonderful results with the A-Max in front of 45.0 grs N 165. Which components are you using?

I've got a 1-8 .260ai that is shooting the 140grAmax into some nice tiny groups. Give em a try. You'll probably want to get the vel. as close to max. as possible. LIFE IS NOT A SPECTATOR'S SPORT!

Thanks guys.Oddly enough,I bought 2 boxes from a local store that didn't have the twist rate on the box.Oh Well. Jennerwein-for now winchester brass and primers, and IMR 4064.I've got some R22 I want to try, and I'm going to obtain some Lapua brass after the holidays.I'm basically tinkering around with loads.
