Anyone know the procedure to calibrate a PACT powder scale? I just got one at a price I could not refuse but it don't have an instruction manual with it. It works great, in that it powers up and talks to the powder dispenser. However, I don't know how to calibrate/zero the scale. It has 2 weights with it. A 20 gram and a 50 gram.

I calibrated mine by chunking it in the garbage. Most inaccurate POS I ever had. PACT could have cared less. My level of pistivity was unbelievable with the PACT scale. Free men should not be subjected to permits, paperwork and taxation in order to carry any firearm. NRA Benefactor

I have 3 electronic scales, including a PACT. I have been using the PACT for over 10 years now. (It is one of the early ones which can't talk to a powder dispenser.) My PACT scale is my "go-to" scale for all my reloading where accuracy is important enought to justify hand-weighing every charge thrown. For really large runs of hunting, plinking, or other ammo where accuracy is not critical, I use my other scales and their "automatic" powder dispensers. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.
