Hunting bullet. Not explosive as in a varmint bullet but OK on thin skinned animals like a deer. Gulf of Tonkin Yacht Club NRA Endowment Member President NM MILSURPS

great for deer and yotes. I shoot either the I-lock marked 100gr. version or the speer 100gr controlled expansion bullet in my 25-06's. I think the speer would be damn near the perfect bullet for the 257 Roberts. I haven't had a single deer go more than 2 steps with either bullet in the 0-6 version running them right about 3,000 fps.
