RCBS case trimmer cutter worn out?

I have an RCBS manual case trimmer that doesn't cut anymore.
It jammed up because lube(WC40) had acculuated too much gunk, so I pulled it apart, cleaned it and put it back together.

Now it doesn't seem to but the 6mm case necks.
Last time I used it was to square off 500 .308win case mouths, which I intend trimming once I have fired the batch in my chamber.

I haven't tried cutting any more .308 cases but it seems that the cutter is dull in close to the pilot where it contacts the 6mm necks.

It would have only cut a 1000 or so 6mm cases, I can't imagine that much work should dull it, should it?

It should still be sharp enough. Is your trim length still set to 308 Win?
