For your hunting brass,do you prefer brand new unfired brass or once fired brass?Does it make a differance?

When I purchase new brass, I run it through my full length sizer, check that they are a consistant length (trim them if they are not), chamfer the mouth and deburr the flash hole before I load them. I really can't tell the difference in the new brass or reloaded brass which I also prep. I use neck sized and full length sized brass for hunting but I don't hunt the temperature extremes that some do in other parts of the country.

Normally I hunt with the same brass I use for targetshooting, it ranges from new to well used and several times reloaded.
But if I would book a hunting trip, let's say to Africa or Alaska, where big money is involved, I would tend to use new virgin brass, just to eliminate any possible problems with sticking or separating cases.

happy hunting!
