PM me I can at least give you some QL data if you don't have it already.

I would suggest that Re7 is too fast a powder for this caliber (6.5X55). Considering the fact that the books suggest Re19 & Re22 as standard powders.

Alliant Powder data (magazine form, kept from the 90's?) shows:
6.5x55 Swedish Mauser -

1. Hornady 129SP / CCI 200 / Norma cases / Reloder 7 25.8 grains / 2130 fps / c.u.p 43,600 / min. OAL 2.935"

2. Hornady 160 RN / CCI 200 / Norma cases / Reloder 7 25.0 grains / 1,940 fps / c.u.p 44,000 / min. OAL 2.975
