I posted this on the big bore forum but also wanted to post it here.I recently ordered some 416 taylor brass from Custombrassandbullets.com and am pleasantly surprised. Not only was the item shipped promptly, I even got a free ammo box to hold the rounds. Then I received not one but two emails from Neal Shirley, and when I didnt check my email he called me twice before getting in touch with me last night. We had a nice 25 minute conversation about reloading and shooting big bores. Overall I am extremely impressed of the customer service Neal provides and highly recommend his business.
