I have a .375 that I am just starting to work up loads for and did a search on this site of .375 loads and found a lot of great loads that people are getting excellent accuracy in in a variety of rifles. Namely RL-15 powders and IMR-4064 seemed to be the top two results of my search.
I'll be working up 300 grain Barnes X loads using these two powders in mine.

I had the best results in the .375 H&H with highly compressed loads of H4350 and regular (non-magnum) WLR primers in Winchester brass. This gave me both top velocity and good accuracy. That is for both 270 and 300 grain bullets.

Me too. With 260 gr Nosler P. and up, any of the 4350 powders. If you use a drop tube of around 12/15 " , the compression of the powder is a lot less.
With lighter bullets 235/250 gr, R15 worked best for me.
