2.,55gr.psp bulk type 1, crimped oal= 1.700"., ** mild, some soot, 2400 to 2443 fps., 3rd. 4th. and 5th. shot .200" grp.@ 50yds., really nice at 200yds.

3., 55grain Varmint Nite Mare., oal=1.740", mild, some soot, 2434 to 2470 fps., 3 shot 3/8" grp. @ 50yds., 3 shot 1 1/2" grp. @ 200 yds.

Same* 14.8grains IMR 4198 compressed.

1., 55gr. VNM., mild some soot., 0al=1.737", 2649 to 2734 fps., 3 shot 1" group @200yds. 3" group at 300 yds.

34gr. FBHP. VNM., 25.1 acc2015 , case full oal= 2.150", 3411 to3470.Truely first time Novice Down under lad (6' 5" 215#) shot a 5 shot .600" grp.at 50 yds. His young female friend shot 1 at 12 o'clock from point of aim and 1/2" high. The next shot took out the lead Oehler sky screen.

Of some interest; the 22jet has almost the same usable powder capacity as the .218 Bee but safely,it seems, can drive any bullet over 100fps. faster.For instance a 55gr. bullet with a little over 1 grain more of IMR 4198 can be driven at over 2700fps as apposed to the .218 bee at 2567 fps..Examination of the case shows the load in the Jet is mild and a little sooty; no over pressure signs and remember this is a pistol piece of brass using a rifle primer. roger
