I had purchases a RCBS Piggyback some time ago, but the set was incomplete. Many parts were missing and some were not working properly. I could not get any parts in South Africa. I wrote RCBS an email offering to pay for the parts I needed. I received a reply from RCBS within one day indicating that they would replace it all free of charge. I received my package of replacement parts this week. Everything I needed. Now I can enjoy my reloading even more! This shows you that RCBS does not only has an exceptional reputation in the USA, but also outside the USA. MANY THANKS TO RCBS!!!!!

RCBS isn't the only company that offers exemplary service.....so does Hornady and I'd suspect others serving the reloading world as well.....I haven't had any issues with Redding but suspect they are no different. Probably Lee as well.....

Just for an example.....if you stick a case in anyone's die, Hornady will remove it free.....even if it's a competitor's die.....now that's unique.

Many folks in the firearms trade are like this but in recent years, I've found very poor service from Remington and Bushnell.....and they have lost my business permanently for that.

RCBS is a class act and they get most of my business in the reloading world.

I just called RCBS last week about a decapping rod that I had bent removing a stuck case. They wouldn't accept my plastic; said there was no charge. Its on its way now. That is the way all customers love to be treated.

God Bless, Louis

Back in the 1970s when I started buying my reloading equipment, RCBS was the most available at the time. Lee equipment was equally available but it was just too cheaply made in those days to capture my dollar. 2 friends of mine were Lee equipment fans. Lee always replaced or fixed their equipment for free but Lee never covered the cost of the postage to send the POS back to them. My RCBS equipment is still working after 45 years + with just a few replacement springs and their Lee equipment has all been trashed. Good service is great but poor equipment performance does not add up to an “Ada boy”
