I currently use h4831 sc for 140g bullets. Any suggestions for 110g bullets? Thanks. Warning: Trespassers will be shot.......survivors will be shot again...........

IMR (or H-) 4350 works well with the lighter bullet. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." Winston Churchill

Back when I had a .270 I fooled around with some 90 grain Sierra pills for a while trying to turn the 270 into a varmint rig. Never was able to get any kind of acceptable accuracy with the 90's and 110's. I tried 4831 and 4350, 4895 with no luck. Ended up shooting groups in the 1.5-3.0" range. Maybe that Ruger had one of their bad barrels as it was an early one or the twist rate didn't work out. Good luck and let us know how your accuracy turns out.

check with the various load book suggestions but I think I used 56.0 grains of IMR 4350 for a load pushing the 110 TSX. IMR 4064 may be a good choice as well. Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my guns

A healthy dose of RE-19 pushing a 110 V-max works pretty darned good in my Ruger. Half inch 3 shot groups. Don't have my notes on me, but if memory serves it was right at max in the most recent Sierra manual. Chronographed at 3306 fps in 22" barrel.
