I am going to try 50grains of vit 540 behind a moly-coated 180gr TSX along with IMR 4064 and vit 560.I tried 4064 during the past weeks but discovered the two large screws securing the scope to the rear mount became loose.I had suspected a bedding problem but found that.I will be trying the 560 again because it showed excellent accuracy on my first tests but low velocity.I tried to find some uncoated Barnes bullets so I can get the pressure up and increase velocity on a already compressed load,but did not have any on hand. I will seat out a bit instead and will settle for a velocity nearing 2700fps.I will be trying to get a on inch group at 200yds.Will post target if I get a good group.

Interesting results from todays session.This Remington BDL does not want to shoot cases bumped or fireformed .It only wants to chamber unfired brass without effort.Any attempt to shoot resized cases requires a small effort to chamber and very large groups result.The 560 load at 59.7gr and at around 2450fps is about a one hole group at 200yds.The 50gr 540 load at same velocity is a half inch group at the same distance.I was very pleased with the accuracy of the vit loads and will try next week to increase the velocity on the 540 load.The IMR 4064 load groups in 3 inches at 200yds and I can't get it to do better.
