| Try 52 to 53 grains of IMR-4350 with the 100 grainers.

| Please don't tell me the Nosler manual has even gone more conservative. The 4th edition of the Hornady manual lists 52.8gr as max. The 4th and 5th editions of Sierra list 53.0gr as max. I personnaly have used 53gr with 100gr bullets since before the 25-06 was even commercially available. Always work up to loads with your specific rifle. You will find a real nice sweet spot between 52 and 53 grains of IMR-4350. I use an OAL of 3.24" with Sierra BTs, and both Nosler 100 grainers.

| I'm sure you can't go wrong with IMR 4350, I didn't have any when I worked up loads with my 25-06. I found H4350 and IMR 4064 are good, if you have them on hand. I also only load for accuracy. I have no chronograph, and I can't imagine a 25-06 load that is too slow for what I need.

| I am not supposed to make mistakes like that! The new Nosler book does not have the IMR 4350 Max load for 100gr at 53.0. It is still 51.0 DELETE, DELETE, DELETE. This is one reason I triple check myself before I do any reloading. The 85gr Max is 53.5 The H4350 Max is 53.5 for 100gr. I wish they would have listed that powder with a different numerical name. Sorry guys, stupid mistake. |

| Y'all were right. I finally got around to shooting the Tikka It did well with 52.0 of IMR4350 and 100 gr sierra. It shot a 3/8s group with two in same hole. I know she will come around even better with a little work. Thanks again. |
