Yes RCBS powder measures are usually shipped with an oil film to protect from rust during shipping. Always a good idea to remove all traces of oil before using. Just take handle and rotor out to clean off oil. Always make sure all traces of previous powder are removed before refilling. | ||

If it's static, wipe the hopper with one of the fabric softener sheets that usually go in the clothes dryer. This will kill the static, even after a winter front passes and the barometer goes way up. | ||

I went to the loading bench and it appears to be an oil residue. Wiped it out good, we'll see if that solves it. Thanks for the help Dave | ||
