I got no Instructions with my 204 trim die,and not to sound dumb, but do i use it before resizing or after?

I'd say after, resizing will make the case longer.

You will find that the case is a VERY tight fit in your trim die. I always size first as I don't want it to get stuck in the trim die. Plus, sizing trues the case mouth from any dings, dents etc.which would affect the filing. Having said that, while I have several trim dies, they are not in the 204.
