Where can i find some loading data for 7.62x39 using the .30 cal accelerator sabots?

I found these two loads on my hard drive that I had saved in the past. I have not used either one and urge caution. I do not take responsibility for this data - am only trying to help someone out.

1) 55gr bullet - IMR-3031 powder - fill case - 3600+ fps
2) 55gr bullet - 1680 powder - 32 gr. - 3153 fps - 33,400 cup

Mad Jack, I load a bunch of 7.62 x 39 and have tried both heavier and lighter than standard (123/125 gr) bullets. My advice would be to try some Lil Gun with the Sabot loads. Hornady 110 grain V-Max's will do 2700 in my little Sako vixen 21", and 2500 in a Colt 16".
