I have a Browning A bolt stainless stalker and wondered if it is possible to adjust the trigger myself.
I have adjusted the screw in the trigger to the lightest setting but it is still too heavy.
What else can be done?
Any suggestions appreciated. [Eek!]

My A-Bolt hunting rifle trigger was the same. At the lightest setting it would break at 6 lbs.
My local smith did an excellent job on it. It is now adjustable from 1 1/2 lbs - 3 lbs with a very crisp break.
Cost me $40.00
Another option would be to replace it with one of the nice custom triggers.
Good luck, *Nut*

Hi Nut,
Do you know if your Gunsmith stoned the trigger or did he do a modification.
I heard some triggers should not be stoned so I wanted to find out before I took it too one here.
Thanks
