Team,

Does anyone have any loading data for 9mm Makarov using Herco powder and 90-95 gr lead bullets (Berry, Acme)? I use Herco for 9mm, .380 and even .32 ACP because I have a big canister that I got cheap and it shoots satisfactorily. How about using .380 data?

Thanks,
Jeff

I'd suggest using 380 ACP data as a starting point. My old Speer manual shows a max load for a 100 gr. jacketed bullet of 4.2 gr. of Herco.

If 3.9 gr of Bullseye is a maximum load,a similar charge of Herco would be safe place to start.

My Lee manual shows 4.0 to 4.4grs of Herco and a 95gr max load in .380

It also shows 3.3 to 3.6grs of bullseye and a 95 gr bullet for the makarov
