Can someone give me the case head dimensions for the 6.71 Phantom and 7.82 Patriot Lazzeroni Short magnum Cartridges? Free men should not be subjected to permits, paperwork and taxation in order to carry any firearm. NRA Benefactor | ||

I thought they were .532 OK now I think I'm half right. RCBS shows a # 14 shell holder (.580) for the 7.82 Patriot. I show #4 (.532) for the 6.71 Cabellas had this written: John Lazzeroni's first ventures into cartridge design, in the mid 1990s, yielded a stable of gigantic rimless rounds. Then John embarked on a new project: short cases based on the full-length rounds. Bases for his .243 and .264 short cartridges mike .532, standard dimension for an ordinary belted magnum like the 7mm Remington, and same as the head on Lazzeroni's long .257 Scramjet.
