I've been looking all over for a drawing illustrating the dimensions of the 338 Marlin cartridge.

I can find lots of descriptions of the round, but no drawings.

Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

Do a search on "338marlinexpress.pdf" and you'll find everything you want. An trouble let me know and I\ll try and put you there.
And BTW, it's all in the Feb 2009 issue of the "American Rifleman" mag.

Thanks, I tried to Google as you suggested...again lots of hits on the 338 Marlin, but no cartridge drawing.

I have the American Rifleman article about it...that was what sparked my interest a bit more.

Trying to get the cartridge dimensions for top secret rifle conversion, hence my quest.

If you can find a drawing on line, please let me know.
