I have some cast 250 grain plinkers on order. Question: What's the best way to size the cases. I have a Lyman M die to expand the necks for case bullets. Should I size with standard Hornady sizing die as normal, then expand with the M die to allow the cast bullets to seat without shaving lead? Any tips on loading cast in the H&H would be appreciated. I suppose the same way you do on handgun cartridges when using cast bullets. Normal resize and then an expander to "flare" the case mouth. Johan | ||
