Had the same kind of response. I bumble fingered the expansion button on my 22-250 die and it went somewhere. No amount of searching would make it reappear. Called RCBS. I had a new one free of charge in less than a week. All this for a die set that was from the eighties! Bfly

I've bubba'd up a couple of pieces of my RCBS loading equipment in the past too. Even though it's always been my fault, they came thru with flying colors. That's one reason I like to recommend them to a reloading newbie. Bear in Fairbanks

These guys set the standard when it comes to customer service.
Hornady, Williams, Redfield, Marlin, Leupold, Bushnell and others have also exhibited superior service as well in my personal dealings.

I bought a set of dies off Ebay that were totally messed up. Called RCBS and they sent the needed parts to get them up to speed-no charge. Can't beat that kind of service.
I had the C-Spring go bad that holds the shellholder to the ram on my 1976 RCBS Rockchucker a while back. I E-Mailed them and told them of the problem, and they immediately sent me not 1, but 2 new springs first class mail. No charge. Hard to beat that kind of service! Bill T.
I bought a .270 Gibbs reamer from Clymer and and had a rifle built by a local gunsmith. The rifle shoots great but the fireforming is more trouble than I thought it would be. When I compared some fired cases to resized cases I found that the RCBS die was resizing the shoulder of the fired cases back down about .004". I figured the brass might not last long with this much rezizing. I called RCBS and asked them about it. They said to send them several fireformed cases and they'd check it out. They polished the die out to match my cases and sent them back. They even adjusted the shoulder because they said the die was pushing it back a little too far. Works great now and the best part was they didn't charge anything. They were also a pleasure to talk with.

I have an RCBS shell holder. It isn't knurled like that other brand, but it has a very smooth finish. The next shell holder I get will be an RCBS, too.

Its amazing how easy it is to get help from them. I recently recieved a brand new set of bullet seating plungers for 45ACP for a set of dies i found at a garage sale. I even told the guy i wasn't the original buyer!!!
