Ol` JoeRe: ballistics program???

That program was exactly what I have been looking for. I notice when running the calculations it doesn't ask for bullet diamter, Is this a factor?? or can it figue this from just the bullet weight and the BC?? also how accurate is this program compared to others
As long as you enter the correct BC for the bullet in question the caliber and weight aren`t needed. The trajectory is a function of velocity and BC of the bullet and any caliber or weight bullet at a given speed and BC will have a similar drop.
To find the energy of the load you will need bullet weight, but caliber isn`t important in finding either numbers.
