Hello Gentlemen, I would like to try the Woodleigh 480 gr. solid out of a 25"in. Bbl. .458 Win.Mag. Searching through the Internet I found no loading information.If anyone could direct me to what loading manuals have data for these bullets it would be much appreciated. Also, What would be the maximum safe velocity I can expect? Anyone who has taken any chronograph readings could you possibly post them. Thankyou | ||

Assuming that a 500 gr. bullet gets you 2150 fps, then you should get about 2190 fps with the 480 gr. bullet.
