Will some of you big bore guys give me some options for loading trays for the 416 Rigby? I've been using some homemade blocks but I'm looking for something better. I remember seeing some nice wooden trays that are made in Australia (please post a link if you have it). Those could work but I'd prefer plastic trays that I can clean in the dishwasher.

Thanks

ForrestB,

Sinclair International have loading blocks - both wood and plastic - that will fi this one.

I think they are #8.

Very good people to deal with too.

Here is another place that carries the wooden blocks for the big cases. www.lockstock.com I have a couple of theirs for the 45-70, Rigby and 500 Jeffery size cases.

Midway #8 wood Reloading tray listed for the 45-70 also hold the 416 Rigby perfectly. They hold 50 rounds each so if you load in lots of 100, get two. www.midwayusa.com

Thank you all. Sinclair's has exactly what I was looking for and I just placed my order.

Isn't the internet a wonderful thing? In just a few minutes I can ask a question, get an answer from a gem of a guy on the other side of the world, then place an order - never having to leave my desk. Thank you Al Gore!

Forest try Ebay for some real nice exotic wood. Thats where i've been getting wood for forent tips lately. Mr. Pago says to say hello to you & your brother. He is getting ready to sell of some of his Mausers. Last count he counted over 158 of them. Some of them will make their way to the Houston show i'm sure. I've got my eyeballs on several of them already!

Forrest, a detail, but not a minor detail:
that was Al Glore that helped you, not the inventor of the internet!!

The one with the "L" in his last name is an all-around good guy. The one without the "L", well, I just don't even want to talk about it. Please do not ever confuse them.

Bill, I wanted to thank Al Gore for inventing the internet and I should have included a thanks to Al Glore for some real help. Believe me I wouldn't want to ever confuse any one with Al Gore.

Bear Claw, I don't know Mr. Pago and if I have a brother I sure would like to meet him one day. It looks like a case of mistaken identity. I would though like to meet anybody with that many mausers and an interest in parting with them. Any commercial Oberndorfs (preferably squarebridged)?

Thanks again to everybody.
