Something was happening. I tried to order some from a distributor for the shop I work at and they couldn't send any. However, they are now able to. I'm not sure what the hang up was.

I was told by a local retailer that IMR had not renewed their explosives manufacturing license. Therefore they were shut down and no powder will be produced for a while. I figured he was full of cow droppings. I find this highly unlikely. Anyone else heard this one?

Yap Dog - I read something like that at one of my local Sporting goods supply shop. Something about not renewing some permit which would cause a delay in shipping. Guess it is ligit.

FWIW,could have been right on the packaging. Jeff Jeff, We had a short term problem with UPS shipments. To make a long story short that lasted about 3 weeks and has been corrected for quite some time. There should be no availability problem with our powders (we are still getting "the pipeline" filled with SR 7625). If your dealer is having problems getting any of our powders please have him (or her) contact me. Tom Dierken Marketing Manager IMR Powder Co.
