| I shoot 75.5 gr of RL-22 and 180 Accubonds. My rifle will shoot almost any 180's well with 75.5 gr of RL-22, but my rifle does shoot 200 gr Accubonds better.

| Years ago when I had a 300wm, I used Re22 and H1000 the most. Another very good powder to try is IMR7828, now available in SSC. Back then, Re25 and Retumbo were not available. I suppose I'd try those these days.

| MY favorite load is 83 grs. of R25 with 180 gr bullets. Work up to it. I'm getting ~3300 fps with a 26.5" barrel - this is a hot load! Great elk getter. Regards, AIU |

| I like H-4831 but RL-22 is very popular also. |

| I was shooting IMR4831 with the 180 and got great velocity but pressure was high. I switched to H4831, lost about 100fps but a great, accurate load. I use 76.5 grains with the 180 Accubond and get 3130 fps from my A-Bolt with a 26" barrel. |
