With a 28 inch barrel it's possible if you ignore the high pressure signs like cratered primers and bright shiny extractor marks. I've gotten pretty close to 3100 in my rifle, but the signs were there and I backed off to about 3025fps with Minute of angle accuracy. The Sierra SPBT beats the heck out of the swifts in my rifles.-Rob
