IMO it's a .375 H&H necked up to take a .411 Diameter bullet.....one could also say it's similar to a .416 Rem Mag necked down a few thou as well. Looking at those cartridge's dimensions, they appear to be a .375 H&H case that has been retro-designed by making an overly long case neck, and thus reducing the powder capacity somewhat.
