I finlly got around to loading some 270's up for my 760. Frist a freind gave me 10 130gr fed premuim loads. I figured I would use them for first sighting shots.

Had the crony out any way so after getting the scope close fired a couple over the crony 2780fps for the factory loads.

I then fired my reloads 58grs of 4831 speed 852 surplus powder and a hornaday 140gr flat base sp avg fps for 5 of them 2640. This load fills the case up to the neck. With no pressure signs.

I then shot them at 50 yards for now. Last 3 shots under 3/4inch a inch above point of aim. 2 touching last a little bit away from not a very good rest.

I'll take her to the longer range in a couple of days for finnlly sight in and group check.
