Anyone have any pet loads for Speer 70gr semi-spitzer rounds in a .223? I'll be shooting them out of a 16" barrel with a 1/7" twist.

28 grains of H 380.. right at 3000 fps in a 22 inch barrel....

HEHE...I'm stupid I meant to add that the powders I have, in order of quantity, are H335, IMR 4064, and IMR 3031. I also hope to get some Varget before too long.

Instead of buying Varget, try:
N-135 From 20.5 grains to 24.7 grains
