Bought one of the 3-die sets from Cabela's a while back for reloading my 38/357 hulls. Sized all my brass, then figured, that since I somehow lost the connector rod for my Auto-Prime small primer tray and had to borrow my uncle's, that I'd go ahead and size/prime what little .357 brass I've got. Afterwards, I was going to start expanding/charging the .38's and lo and behold...there's no **** expander plug in the expander die! Guess I'll have to wait to finish them Mad

So do I call Lee and tell them what the deal is, or take it back to Cabela's?

Call Lee or look them up on the web. They have a complete line of replacement parts that are not very expensive. Cabellas will only have the entire thing, not parts. I suspect that cheapest and easiest way is to get the parts you need from Lee direct. I've done it when needed and they are good to work with.

Good luck,

Dan

If it were me I'd call Cabela's first they usually stand behind everything they sell, if it has been a while since you bought it then call Lee, cabela's may even cover part of the shipping for ya.

I recently had a problem with a Lee die, and called them. Even tho they did not think their die was the problem, they sent out a new one immediately and did not mention money, including shipping costs. They did ask if I would please return the suspect die. They were wonderful.
