Also if I may add that these are Relative burning rates from supposed closed bomb tests.
Many powders can and will change places by varying degrees on the chart depending on what pressures they are burning at and what cartridge they are being used in.
Be careful attempting to interpolate data based on a burning rate chart.
Most reloading books provide burn rate charts. The local library is a good source of reloading books -- although they're often old and somewhat out dated.
Online, most powder and reload component sites provide a burn rate chart. The charts vary back and forth. For instance . . . BL-C (2) and H335 are almost dead even on burn rate, but they vary in rate according to bullet weight.
Charge size and bullet weight will affect burn rate from one powder to the next.
Charts are a useful rule of thumb guide, but you don't want to extrapolate data from one powder to another based on a burn rate chart.
one of the more comprehensive charts is on Gerard's site. It has a number of internationally available powders, as well: http://gscustom.co.za/ HTH, Dutch.

As I needed a while to find the table:
goto "Useful Stuff", and you'll find the very right box last line
